Delivery Information
1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If your order is shipped by air, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. For surface shipping, it generally takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note these are estimated timelines; actual delivery may vary due to courier practices, delivery location, or item type.
You can always track your order status after logging into your Packzio account.
2. Do I need to be at home or office for the delivery?
For security and smooth delivery, we recommend having someone available to receive and sign for the order between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). For specific delivery timings, kindly contact your local courier office.
3. Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
Unfortunately, Packzio cannot guarantee a particular date or time for delivery. Only estimated timelines are provided.
4. What if I won’t be available to receive my order?
At the time of placing your order, you may mention any unavailable dates in the order comment section. We will try our best to accommodate, though it is not guaranteed due to operational constraints. If you forgot to add a note, please email us before dispatch.
5. I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
If this happens, please contact Packzio customer service immediately before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
6. Can I provide separate shipping and billing addresses?
Currently, only one address can be entered at checkout. Please enter the delivery address at the time of placing the order. If you require a bill in a different name, email us, and we’ll send you a soft copy.
7. My order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date. What now?
If your order hasn’t been delivered by 7:00 pm on the expected date, please contact us with your order ID. We’ll immediately follow up with the courier partner.
8. I received most of my order, but one item is missing.
First, check your confirmation emails to see if the missing item was scheduled to ship separately. If it was supposed to arrive together but is missing, please contact Packzio Customer Service for assistance.
