Complaints & Returns
1. Quality Issues:
If the product quality differs from the description, Packzio will replace the item. Return freight will be borne by us, and replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
2. Damaged in Transit:
If the package appears damaged, kindly do not accept the delivery. If urgent, please note the damage clearly on the courier slip/transporter LR before accepting.
Email us photos of the damaged goods, and we will provide a refund, credit, or replacement as per your preference.
3. Manufacturing Defect:
Goods with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded after verification.
4. Customer Cancellation After Dispatch:
If an order is canceled after dispatch, the refund will be processed, but shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
